What are the party rules and regulations?
There are numerous rules and regulations that may or may not apply to your particular party. However you must be a member of the association or a tenant with an Exhibit E that the owner has provided to the BOD to allow you to hold parties at the clubhouse. All parties are on a first come basis. Call (808) 239-5585, leave a message and the Party Administrator will answer all your questions.

How do I schedule a party at the clubhouse?
Call (808) 239-5585. Leave a message with your name, address, lot number contact phone number and date of party request. The Party Administrator will return your call ASAP.
How do I get a pool key?
Call (808) 239-5585 to request a pool key. Leave your name address, lot number and contact information. There is a $50.00 deposit for the key. The deposit will be returned when the key is returned. Lost keys will be replaced subject to a replacement cost of $50.00 deposit. You will be required to fill out a pool key application. If you are a tenant the owner of the property must fill out an Exhibit E authorizing the tenant to hold a pool key. There is only one key for each property address. The owner and tenant can not each have a key.

Remember: there are no lifeguards on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk.
